Hi my 5550 HP printer was working then nothing !green light is on, but no sound at all. I took printer of, then re did installed it, flash'es a mess, then nothing on sound anyone have an idea what to do please Ive been trying for days help!!please

Why fuss with it? Scrap it. Go to Walmart and for $20, buy yourself a Lexmark. And when the ink cartridge in it runs out, buy another printer. It's cheaper than buying a new cartridge.
