ground beef can be kept for up to 4 days in the refrigerate. I worked in quality control, at a beef plant for many years, as long as it is in the refrigerator, and is kept at 45 degrees or less it will still be good to use. you must always cook ground beef thoroughly because the danger is from it being under cooked.

3 days but u can keep it up to a year in deep freezer!
