she attacked me one year back and I did not take any action because i wanted to have the relationship, now I am thinking different, can I still file a domestic violation report ?
I don't have any evidence.

You can always file a domestic violence report no matter what the time line. It will depend on your county's prosecutor whether or not they will chose to pursure the charges. If it was only one time, the chances are not very good that the charges will get picked up, but the police and the prosecutor would be able to help you get a personal protection order to keep this woman away from you.

No. You should have made your claim immediately after the incident. Trying to claim a domestic violation now just makes you appear petty.

You can file what you like -- but nobody will pay the slightest attention. You're a guy -- and unfair though it may be, guys are deemed to be aggressors all the time.
