Correct computer answer?

Who here being a computer A+ tech gave a correct answer and still was not chossen. Why is that?

many many times that and 22 years experiance mean nothing
if its not start>run>msconfig they dont want to hear it

because people want simple not geeky answers or they don't know its the most accurate answer
