I am afraid no one will give you free phone support for sure. but there are many online tech forums where you can particiapte in discussions to get help.
One option of phone support is to call tech TV's "call4help" show. they answer viewer's question during live show.

I do not know of a free computer help line, however there are a couple of great forums that you could post your question or just learn more about how to do things.
Try www.broadbandreports.com or www.testmy.net.
Both are completely free. You will have to register to post a question.
