I think the real question is, does Randy want to catch another pass?
I don't think you will find Moss or Porter on that team next year. Moss 's best years are behind him and Porter could defiantly be utilized more efficiently on another team.
So to answer your question: Yes, he will catch another pass, but no he will not be a force in any fashion because he doesn't want to play for the Raiders anymore.

yes of course. Moss is still a top 10 WR in the NFL. he just needs a decent QB.
