I asked this question before and it is not called Body Parts with Jeff Fahey ...not as far as I know. I seem to remember it was in the mid 70's and it was in black and white .....maybe it was just that we only had a b&w tv at the time, but I doubt it, I'm sure we had a color tv by then.

do a search on imdb.com for a movie called 'donovan's brain'... i think that will help...

I agree with the first answer- I think it was "the brain that wouldn't die". It was an old sci-fi movie. I think they showed it on an episode of Mystery Science Theatre 3000 once, so you may try looking for a website on that show for more info.

could it be" the brain that would't die"? a mans fiance is beheaded in a crash, he and another dr. keep the head alive in a lab then the head turns evil.

Yeah, it sounds like "The Brain That Wouldn't Die". I used to have it on videotape.
