i've noticed when reading through posts....etc. people will be so incredibly ignorant. ive seen hypocrites, racists,sexist, and only as few mature wise, and intelligent people. are the people of our blessed world going crazy?

look flushingdo you have anything better to do? im 32 i went to college for computer design worked at a computer repair and pawn shop till my baby girl started school and last year i started work at the local malll as a secret shopper, and my 14 year old baby sits. and im only 115 lbs and 5'7"

Well as you know, there is an average intelligence. That means that about 1/2 of the population are below average in intelligence, and assuming that the people on Yahoo answers are representative of the population in general, about 1/2 of them are below average in intelligence. So basically what I'm saying is half of the people on here are idiots, and their views/opinions/etc. don't matter, or have any credibility.

I think there are plenty of intelligent people in the world, but forums such as this are so easy to access and are anonymous, so all of the "crazy's" come out. People can say and act how they want without real consequence.
I think a lot of it is just a way to stir up trouble in a way they cannot do in their normal lives...hence the sexism, racism, etc.

Unfortunately yes. People have forgotten all about etiquette, politeness, and feelings. Most people, especially when they can hide behind a screen name, spew all kinds of hate and ignorance! They need to remember a couple of rules my family always taught us...
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"
and
"if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all!"
BUT, there are some really helpful, kind, and genuine people out here....you just need to look closely!

See....i too have noticed this, but when i think about the main participation on this forum being people form the West, it really makes me think about the things that really could have happened in the History, and what is really going on today, not mush of a difference .....eh?
