Leopards are consumate dog killers - in parts of Africa some leopards have been know to specialize in killing village dogs - however, it is extremely unlikely that a leopard would prey upon either a wolf or a domestic dog the size of a wolf - the chances of it being injured are rather high at that point.

But all else being equal - a prime large grey wolf vs. a prime large African leopard would most likely end up with the leopard prevailing. The maxium size for a North American grey wolf is about 175 lbs (most don't weigh more than about 120lbs), whereas leopards can weigh up to 250 lbs, but the typical weight for males is closer to that of a really big wolf.

According to the tv show "Animal Face-off" a cougar would beat a wolf, and a big leopard is every bit as strong (and has more powerful jaws and bigger fangs) as a cougar if not more so. So I don't think it would look too good for the wolf.

Vampires. They are undead and can only be killed by being staked through the heart and decapitated. All a vampire needs is some silver. Plus a vampire can change into a wolf himself, and if things go south he has the mist option. Also vampires are super strong. Now let's address the real important questions like "can Spiderman beat Batman in a fight"

If it's one on one it would be the leopard. I mean a cougar can kill a wolf if it's one on one. But if it's against a pack of wolves, the leopard would lose, since wolves have numbers on their side. The only place where leopards would encounter wolves is in Asia. There are no wolves in Africa.

1 on 1 leopard, but wolves seldom move alone. (this is assuming both are at the peak of health and maturity)
