Of course, It would probably be better than asking your father. Most men tend to panic when it comes to this type of thing and being a women she's more knowledgeable about brands and absorbency.

if you need them you need to ask someone to get them for you. If you feel comfortable with your fathers girlfriend then yea of course go and ask. You shouldn't be embarrass because she knows what you are going through remember she is a female also. Good Luck !

I think that you should go ahead and ask her b/c she is a girl too. IF she is anything like my dads girlfriend then she is really cool and wouldn't mind. But I also think that you should at least try to explain to your dad what you are going through b/c what if they break up. Then you might really need to go to him. Or you can have her tell him for you. But yes I think you should go to her.
