The Fray and The Honorary Title are two good ones I'm into right now. And then there is Clap Your Hands Say Yeah but some people can't stand the lead singers' voice. I like it though, it's raw and different.

i think the acoustic part finds it a little difficult to find, but the closest think I've heard is Nirvana's Unplugged in NY
