There are products being sold over the counter now to help with razor burn. Check to see if the drugstore in your area is carrying them now.

If not, try hydrocortisone to help with the irritation and itch.

I would recommend using a shaving cream for sensitive skin and a razor for sensitive skin. Don't shave with cold water either.

FYI, Aveeno has a sensitive skin shaving cream that specifically says it helps with razor burn. And Gillette has a razor in a green package for sensitve skin with a vitamin e strip.

Someone said try Aloe but I haven't had any experience with that.

i don't know!!! i lightly shaved my bikini area for th first time a few days ago and have had bad razor burn ever since...it seems to be a bit better now though its been bout 5 days....but it was sore as hell....try moisturising it a bit (on the exterior never interior) it seemed to help me a bit.
