I don't know where thats at but my dad lives in baja and the area code kinda changed now i just have to dial 1 infront of the area code. for example before i used to dial- 011-52-616-108-****, now i dial 011-52-1616-108-****.

Dial the old area code, the operator should come up and give you the new a/c
