The act of looking up the words and creating the sentences is what makes it stay in your memory. Try it, you'll find it's not that hard after all and your vocabulary will grow.

I disagree. School had a damaging effect on me. There are two ways to go about this homework crap. One is to cheat. I took the second way -- never opened a book and rarely did homework. Today I hold a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering with minors in both civil and biomedical engineering.
