How long should a pulled forearm muscle be rested before it can take stress exercises again.
Bicep curling, not chicken choking for all you jokers out there!
My own fault, cold room, not enough warmup a few weeks ago.
It seems gone, but crops up again from time to time after a workout. I'm guessing it's not completely healed, and it's playing havoc with my arm/backwork.

Professionals don't seem to take much time off from sports injuries. Their physios use arnica gel which is a natural anti inflammatory. It's good as a warm up rub before exercising and then afterwards if you have muscle pain. It's about £10 a tube from health shops and worth it.

other options would be to reduce weights for a few weeks,use a sports or remedial massage therapist your gym can help find one also consider some light exercises for wrist extensors and flexors..try medline health website use the alphabet key on medical encyclopedia

As long as its not painful to exercise, just take it slowly at first and remember to warm up the muscles properly first!
