Well there are no "flying" spiders, by that I mean that there are no spiders that have wings. However, many groups of spiders have babies that can fly, well technically they float in the air. Many young spiders have the ability to "balloon", this is accomplished by releasing a strand of silk that can be picked up by air currents, this whisps them off to all sorts of remote locations.
I think what you might have seen can be some sort of crane fly (Tipulidae) or even a phantom crane fly (Chaoboridae). They have long spindly legs that hang and they resemble many of the common cellar spiders (Pholcidae). Have a look at the following images.
Many fruit flies have mottled patterns on their wings that make them apear to have an extra set of legs, this makes them superficially resemble spiders as well.

no .i don think there are any species of spiders that r known to fly!! if u say there is a spider with two spread wings buzzing around ur house,in that case there should be some species somewhere in the world that has atleast something like a external covering of a wing sheet something like a cockroach, but no such intermediates r found yet

Hi. A lot of spiders 'balloon' as a manner of transport. This involves letting out a length of web silk and riding the air currents on. No species of spider has wings, though.

well see, i have never seen one. but in all probability it might be a rare one whose capability of flying developed due to some sort of mutation in it's genes which control movement.
well, i hope this helps you.
