If you're pregnant and you fear you've experienced food poisoning, you should go to your doctor, regardless of whether or not you feel better. Remember, it's not only you who is at risk, but your unborn baby as well.

It sounds like a virus. Food poisoning doesn't generally present symptoms for as long as you're saying. I would say to drink a lot of fluids. If they symptoms persist, I would once again see a doctor.. although it's probably nothing big. Good luck.

As long as you are feeling better there is no reason to go to the doctor.

If you had diarrhea you should drink more fluids than normal to replenish your body.

Other than that, your doctor won't do anything. You have a stomach bug. As long as the baby is fine and you aren't feeling horribly out of the ordinary--I'm sure you are fine.

you are probably fine except if you really want to go and sit in the doctors office for about an hour just for him to tell you it was a twenty four hour bug and there is nothing they can really do for you. Also I think some of those bugs can effect the baby in some way so maybe you should go dont know what they will tell ya.

You should call your doctor's office. They will probably ask you some questions, like if you have felt the baby move, etc. A friend of mine got food poisoning at around 20 weeks, and her baby is fine, but do call.
