I've viewed lots of questions on here about how to get Outlook to recognise Yahoo mail account, but how do I get it to recognise my sky broadband e-mail address?

I have MS Office xp pro Outlook.

Need helpful suggestions please.

If you mean how do you set up your sky email on your home pc's outlook then in Outlook

Choose Tools - email accounts - Select 'Add a new e-mail account' - select 'POP3'
You'll then be presented with a screen to enter your email details.

Most is pretty obvious such as name and email address (this is your username@sky.com).
I'm sure you know your password.

The server Information section is what sky for some reason dont want to give out
but its :

Incoming mail server = pop.sky.com
Outgoing mail server = smtp.sky.com

Once you entered all this you can opt to test the settings or just click next to finish

The user and password have to match that of your ISP email account. Outlook just downloads your mail from the ISP server.
