Clinton is not able to control Mother Nature and he had been out of office for 5 years when Katrina happened.

Hello,
You know what? Last night I was listening to Coast to Coast AM and a woman caller had this theory:
She said all the Black people in the poorest parts of New Orleans were on welfare and were like leaches to our government (money and resources). Therefore, our government either created Katrina or let all those poor Black people die to stop the welfare checks going to them.
What do you think of this theory?
It makes sense to me. I did not say it was right, just that is does make sense.
Heck, if our government is for infantcide, abortion and any kind of death before it's time, then this would fit their agenda.
Right?

This fellow definitely needs Help!!! I thought you don't get Alzheimers till you are older but you never know.
The only thing that may have been prevented was the excessive flooding of New Orleans if the money hadn't been cut off to build it up.

Oh, let's do be fair.....I believe that our ex-President Clinton was on vacation with Mr. Bush when Katrina finally subsided.

Clinton wasnt in office Bush was and nobody let it happen it was a natural disaster I guess if you get right down to it God let it happen
