Yes, horses like lots of things you wouldn't think of. Give them treats, they love them. Make sure most ARE healthy treats though, like carrots, apples things like that. But they also like sweet things, so sugar cubes or candy, my daughters horse eats ice so why not ice pops its flavored ice. Go for it, just not too much.

My horse used to eat m&m's, drink Coke, drink Mt. Dew, and pretty much anything I put in front of her face. One of my mom's friends had a horse that absolutely LOVED cotton candy. She would buy it for her all the time. Ice pops are just flavored ice, I'm sure it's perfectly fine and a nice treat.

My horse loved them! I've seen a horse drink beer from a bottle (my riding teacher's horse "Tapper"), eat any kind of melon, and, yes, even a dead pigeon!

yeah, just not excessivley. in excess, it can be damaging. they do like all kinds of things you wouldnt believe. i had a horse that ate choclate, peppermint, ect, there was alot that he ate and not much he didnt!! if he likes them, go for it. just not in excess and you hsould be fine. good luck!! :)
