I'm having some questions about synastry..If the other person's Sun,Moon,Mercury,Venus and Mars fall in my7th house,is this about the way he sees me or about how I see him?I mean, when we're talking about the other person's planets in the houses of our natal chart,is it about what we feel for the other or about how the other feels about us?(I don't know if I explained myself clearly.. =S )

This is a very important question Melissa.

Actually, when someones planets fall in your houses it's the other one's planets that have an influence on your house meanings. The planets bring out the meaning of your houses.

For example: when the Sun of the other is in your 7th house of encounters, socializing and meetings, there is attraction because the Sun symbolizes the body and physical being of the other. You want to meet "the other." The other (symbolized by the Sun) has influence over your encounters and meetings.

The other's Mercury in your 7th house denotes talks, writings and short trips with you. The other's way of thinking or cummunicating may oppose you though (esp. when adverse aspects exist because the 7th house is the house that points to everything that is opposite of your own self and is often out of reach too) but it may also bring new insight and new encounters and events.

Don't forget that the 7th house does not only symbolize other people but everything that is outside of you, virtual and material goods too (it's an air house), for example everything we can see or observe in the streets, in our own home etc.

Compare the 12 houses with 12 different rooms in which are placed subjects or in which enter persons (the other's planets).

When quite a lot of the other's planets fall in your 7th house it's the other that will stimulate your 7th house for good or for bad.

You'll have to ask this question again or email me, because I am just now seeing this question and it is running out of time, and I am on my way to bed. Wow, finally, an intelligent question! And it deserves more time. I didn't think anybody knew what synastry meant. Your charts have to agree. Quick example. Say you have sun in the 9th house. That says "My in-laws," because the 9th is the 3rd of the 7th house. So if you want to know if you are going to marry a certain person, and you have sun in the ninth - sun also rules father- then your future husband has to have a brother or sister (if he has one) who lives at a distance, or is college educated, or is religious, or works in the field of law, or his father lives at a distance, is college educated, or is involved in the same type of things. And of course what sign it is in gives more of a clue. I had somebody come to me with a Scorpio sun in 9th house, Pisces decanate, Aries dwad. "Am I going to marry him," she wanted to know. Well, if he is - and there were many options- but to make a long story short - is he a minister? Yes. Does he have a scar on his head? I don't know. Well, when she went to dinner one night she asked him if he had a scar on his head. No. Well, then I guess we're not going to get married. Why? Because my astrologer said my husband's father would be a minister and have a scar on his head because of the Aries dwad. Luckily future father-in-law was open minded. Three weeks later I get a phone call. "My boyfriend's father says it's all your fault." Really? Yeah. He went to put wood in the stove down cellar, tripped on the stairs and gashed his head open. He's getting stitches right now." They got married in August, 1994. She and father-in-law are more like father-daughter.
And the boyfriend/husband would have to have Sag on the 3rd house, Jupiter there or aspects to, or Sun there in order for their charts to coincide. Because his third speaks of his brothers or sisters. Sun speaks of his father or a brother.
