Only three ways that I know of
1--go to a regular casting call
you'll find announcements of these in some of the larger city's
newspapers in the classified sections
2--get a regular agent that is connected to the system and in the
mix with the companies that know the casting agents
3--dumb blind luck
just sitting somewhere and one (real deal) comes up to YOU

i'm assuming you advise a expertise agent and by no ability a casting director. very commonly, a expertise agent will ask you to do a monologue and a casting director, even as he/she may also ask for a monologue, reckoning on the project, they commonly will ask you to do a chilly study of a scene which includes them or a reader.
