IT USUALLY FELL FROM THE CELEING and my daughter who is 7 would like to do this she is cutting up newspaper maginizens and everything else she can find and i would like to know the best way to spread it around the room
when i was a kid i hung a sheet on the celing pulled a string and it fell I USED FANS TO HELP BLOW IT AS IT FELL
the next year i used a kerby vacumme they have a revese setting that blew it out all over the room LIKE A LEAF BLOWER

WHATS A LOW TECH LOW COST RIGGING OR INVENTION TO SPREAD IT EVERY WHERE THAT I HAVE NOT MENTIONED OF YOUR OWN CREATION

gturn the fan on and get two or more trash bags full of confetti in them and 2 people hide and sneak up on some people and throw it all over them at the same time to surprise them and i'll bet u anything they will throw some back onto u too...have a great time...bye!

Walmart has packages of cute punches available. use wrapping paper scraps and let kids use the punches to make confetti. They'll have a ball

Confetti Cannons. They're used by decorators in the party industry for Bar Mitzvahs etc......Call a party consultant. They probably will sell you one.

You can put confetti in balloons. At midnight, start tossing the balloons in the air, then pop them. You get a bang and a mess at the same time.

Put it in balloons and pop them, do not fill them all the way up and use your hair dryer after you pop each balloon, space them around the room.
