I think the sky is really ultra-violet... but since people cannot see UV, blue is the next obvious color.

It's not really, it just looks that way, like when it's dark it looks black, the sky really has no color

because the sun light decomposes into 7 colors , but because of particles in atmospher of earth, only the blue color arrives at earth
