If your father is an American citizen, and you can prove that he is your biological father, and you can prove that he provided support to you as a child, then you may be able to claim American Citizenship yourself. Even if you cannot provide the proof you need for this, you may be able to visit or immigrate if sponsored by your father.

If your father was American when you were born, then you are American. Just have your father go to the US embassy, or if you can prove your dad was American at the time of your birth, and show them you are by default American.

Yes, but you have to be a registered citizen. If not then you can regester to be an American citizen.
