For several years I've been hearing about Fantasy Football. I looked it up once and was stopped cold when I realized I had to pay to play.
Is there any leage where the participants are in it just for fun?

of course. Yahoo has a fantasy football league. I think its one of the most popular. I play fantasy football, hockey, baseball, basketball, all on Yahoo. All free of charge, very nicely customizable.

i can see what you mean. you can play for free at yahoo but when you click on the screen to make a team they put smack in front of you the 'pay to play' leagues and way down in tiny font in the bottom right corner is the free leagues. ESPN.com is also free fantasy football which i prefer over yahoo.

I used to play Yahoo until I discovered AOL's.

I hate every aspect of AOL except their fantasy football.
They have it very well set up and its free.

Oh, and Yahoo dosnt give you live scoring unless you pay for it. At AOL its free.
