I KNOW that the rest of the Movies havent come out but WHAT IS ROWLING WAITING FOR!!!!

Naw just kidding but DANG!!!!!

Daniel Radcliffe will be like 30 yrs old, by the time the story finishes.

I can just see it now:

He'll be at the School of Witchaft and Whatever, trying to figure out why he cant fit in the same pants he wore twenty years ago.

And Forget DUMBELDORK---- that dude will be so DEAD and gone that well be seeing his character's funeral at the opening scene of the last movie.

HA!!!

Haha! I too have wondered about the 30 year old Dan Radcliffe Harry Potter scenes. It'd make a wonderful parody, but I think it has been done before with Beverly Hills 90210. I don't blame Rowling for taking her time with the final installment, but of course, movies take a lot of time too, and Half-Blood Prince has been out for awhile. If anyone deserves the blame for foot dragging, it is the movie industry, not Rowling!

I can understand the widening of gaps between movies as well, though, because each book has increased complexity and is less a "kids' story" than the last. The story grows up with Harry, and it presents new problems in screenwriting. So, I'm content to wait for the best denouement possible...

Lol! You're funny, but why are you in such a rush? There's one more book to be released and 2 more movies to be made, if you exclude the 5th one which is in production. I for one don't want it to end, I'd rather savour the moment even if it lingers on boredom, you know? And I don't think Daniel's gonna be that old in the last movie. Lol! 30? Considering there are sually one or one and a half year gaps between the movies, and considering that the the 5th movie will be released in July 2007, Daniel's gonna be 19 or 20 during the 7th movie.

Well we have to wait until 7/7/07 to find out for sure
but rumor has it Rowlings may kill potter off in the last book!
the reason should be clear to all...
if she kills potter then she doesnt have to deal with being bugged about writing another then another potter book.
not would she worry about another author doing a take off on her work.
If it was me I dont think I would do it...she's made a ton of money from the potter books.... hard to kill a cash cow... but your answer could be potter ends 7/7/07

I know! They're taking too long!!! They need to double-cast and make 5 and 6 at the same time JK writes 7. They could, like, film the parts with only the main characters in 6 while filming the ones with only minor ones in 7. then switch. then film the ones with a mix of minor & magor in the end! It'll take the time of filming ONE movie to film TWO!!!

Can you quit your whining until about next year? Rowling apparently should be releasing her next book sometime in 2007

It is no secret that there will only be 7 books. And it is not nice to put a spoiler and destroy a poignant moment that would be readers have yet to experience.
