It is usually genetic. Yes Naturally hairy women will become more hairy during pregnancy. Versus a women with very little body hair. But both will usually have more thicker body hair during pregnancy. And yes prenatal vitamins can cause it to be more pronounced. But it is also hormonal.

It happens to everyone. I think it's a mixture between the vitamins and hormones that causes it. The hair on my head was sooo thick. My son is almost 1 and it's just now starting to get thinner again. Not to mention your nails get longer faster too.

It can happen to most anyone. Not caused by the Pre-natal vitamins. It's a women's' hormonal changes.

Naturally hairy women are far more prone to hair growth during pregnancy. I personally knew of a woman who had grown so hairy during pregnancy that one day, on a visit to the zoo, she accidentaly fell into the gorilla cage, and when the emergency services arrived, they had no idea who to rescue.
