I am looking for superheroes who call SF home. I am interested in comic-book superheros only. So far, all I have is Venom.

It depends on what you are asking.
In DC, the primary superhero team to operate there is the current Teen Titans, soon to be named Teen Titans (west). However, Skyrocket is still operating in SF. Katana often works in SF and the Outsiders also happen to function very close to them.
In Marvel, it is assumed that the West Coast Avengers once worked there but they are a national team to i wouldnt say it is home for them, its just their base is there.

X-force once called San Francisco home befor they moved into the Xmansion befor the onslaught period started.

in the canceled tv show based on the now defunct malibu comics, the hero nightman made san fran his home.
