You could maybe get away with Manslaughter, as long as you weren't planning on killing time. If you were planning to kill time, then you'd be committing murder, and since everyone does it, that would make it conspiracy.

Well see, now that depends ... Did you PLAN on how to kill time OR was it something that just happened? You may be able to get off with manslaughter if you can prove you didn't PLAN on it. The only way you could get accessory is if you HELPED someone else kill time ... but again, it all goes down to whether it was planned or not!
