It varies depending on the coorporation and the state... I'd say on the average. Lower management makes in the $30's and the peons make regualr plain old miminum wage...

The federal minimum wage has not changed since 1997 and is set at 5.15 an hour, but depending upon what state you live in it may be more.

I think congress shouldn't be voting to raise their own salary more often than they are raising the minimum wage. Could you imagine if they hadn't gotten a raise since 1997?

It varies by state ( in Michigan it just got raised to $6.95 on October 1), but I haven't ever heard of there being a difference based on age. Also, certain small companies are exempt from minimum wage, and certain occupations where tips/bonuses/commissions are involved- like waitressing.
