I need a bra with a large band size, 48 or larger and a B-C cup. I would like to get a fitting as well. Where can i get this?

Well you can go to the chubby stores and get a fattie bra (that WAS me being nice so get over it)? They don't size them for you though (I wouldn't think?) As they are, retail stores and retail doesn't usually offer special services. Maybe bring them to a tailor?
Find a fetish shop that caters to men that like to dress in drag...I'm sure they might have some catalog's or something?

Have you tried Lane Bryant? You can probably get an accurate fitting at your Victoria Secret's Store... unfortunately, though, they won't have your size in-store... you might be able to get some nice bras online too.
