Depends on the major. Some majors it's easier to find work with just a bachelors degree than others. I'd suggest going to your counselor if you're in high school or if you're already at a university check to see if they have a career center. Both are good sources of information to find out what exactly you can do depending on the major you select. I'd also highly recommend that while you're in university to take advantage of your school's internship programs. It's a great way to get job and experience and gain a realistic perspective of what you can do with your four year degree.

A Bachelor's degree is a four-year degree, no matter how long it took you to get it. Get a degree in something you'd want to do for a living.
