I am 5 weeks pregnant and am trying to put a risk assessment together as I am self employed. I run baby sessions which involves moving baby equipment around (to change the weight all i'll need to do is reduce the amount of toys in the boxes) Could someone tell me a safe weight to carry

My doctor said 30 Ibs, because how are you going to pick up your 2 or 3 yr off the ground at walmart while pregnant? 30 lbs should be fine, if you have a high risk pregnancy I wouldn't carry anything.
