No, I chose not to pollute my lungs. My dad smoked and had most of one lung removed and hand emphazema....couldn't walk down the hall without being out of breath. His lung collapsed numerous times and he ended up dying of cancer---you would think that would turn my entire family off of it, but no, there are a couple brothers that still smoke. I hate the smell, the way ppl look mediocre puffing on it, and the over all effect it has on ppl. I detest the fact that ppl raise cain bc of no smoking laws in public places...they can smoke their brains out but I, or my kids, shouldn't have to be subjected to it.

I smoke. But I sometimes cant stand the smell of smoke either. Go figure huh?

Smoked for 28 years, and quit 2 1/2 years ago. Still miss them after a meal, but glad I quit. Cheap cigarettes stink, but a Marlboro still smells good to me! However, I'll never smoke again.

Used to couldnt stand the smell unless it was cloves. In fact i got drunk once and tried to eat it smelled that good. Anyway switched to the occasional cigar which smells aight.

Yes I do, I know the effects more than most and I still have no desire to stop. You feel sorry for me. ha-ha. We are all so high and mighty now hmm.. Well If I really wanted to smoke and i stopped because of you and got killed by a drunk driver tomorrow or today? then What did I accomplish by not smoking? If I quit It will be because I want to or I am dead.

me either! first of all i do not think its cool. You know some people think smoking makes people look cool but when I see someone smoking I jus have pity for them. I also think its so rude for people to smoke in public. Why must everyone be punished for one person's mistake?!
