From these cities, go to Rome if you like really old stuff [there is a lot more be seen than in e.g. athens or istanbul.]
If you like to see 19th century posh stuff and a very cool eastern european city, go to Prague.
If you like to see romance and a nice city go to Paris.
But I'd advise you to add two cities to the list: Berlin and Amsterdam. Both have old and new culture, very nice people and a great nightlife.

Among the choices listed, I would tarvelt o Rome because there is alot of history in that history. After all, travel not all about having a good time as it is to learn about the place you went, and gain a greater apprecition for that city and country.

Well, i would like to travel to Istanbul, because i like the historical places. Rome has historical worth too, but i have been there.

Except for Vienna and Munchen all others are worht visiting.
If you really want to visit a nice German city you can try Cologne.
