There are a cuple of options in that topic starting from the most expensive to the cheapest.
1. Self installation of commerce product on your own server.
2. Shared hosting with ready made site including merchant account such as what Yahoo provides for $X amount per month.
3. Shared hosting with your own domain management site including an out of the box shopping cart service.
4. Self installation on shared hosting.

Cheap is not always better since the management and setting up can take professional work and maintenance and care.

If you have some knowlege in building web sites there is a free shopping experience product called oscommerce based on PHP and MySQL.

If you really want to make a good website, don't use this Yahoo sitebuilder garbage. You need a good program like Macromedia Dreamweaver. Its 100 times better than Sitebuilder.
