If Monte wasn't leaving Tampa to teach together with his son i could say that it substitute right into a bone head circulate. yet i won't be able to blame a father for desirous to teach together with his boy. i'm uncertain how Monte and Lane will do as recruiters, fairly interior the SEC. it extremely is one element to recruit in percent12 usa the place there is largely one aggressive college and then a team of additionally-rans. The SEC, even if, has recruiting capability homes like Meyer, Miles, and Saban. there is likewise the likes of Randy Shannon, Bobby Bowden, and Steve Spurrier to compete against. we are going to ought to be certain yet my wager is that Monte is staring at this as "the final element I do in the past I retire so why no longer?" and that Lane will fail miserably as a head coach interior the SEC.

They are the retirement home of the NFL. The Bucs are my team and it pains me to see them this way. Their team is made up of veterans, a 6th round QB, an overshadowed young first round WR, and a RB who can only do so much without any support.

The defence is made up of players who, in their prime, would be the best defence in the league, but as it is they are older and slower. Their coach has a system that would be unstopable if you had one of only a handful of QBs (which they don't). The team has the tools, but it doesn't have the players to succeed. They're too old.

The defense has aged a great deal. Because of that, young offenses can out gun them. The offense has had a lot of problems. They are a lot of holes in there. If the offense could get more consistent and have long drives, this team would have a few more wins.

Bruce is no upper echelon QB, he makes too many mistakes, and Chris Simms wasn't much better. They havn't established a running game for most of the season.
