AOL is available anywhere in the world for those who aleady have internet connection but it is available as an Internet Service provider only in the U.S. with services in dial up only.
Recently or shal we say not s recently AOL has diverted their services into the broadband services as well teaming up with cable companies and some DSL too, especially since the merge of Time Warner and AOL. In some cases the purchase of AOL broadband service is in addition to the regular broadband nternet service price.

It's available in the U.K but you can sign up for a free account and e-mail address which is better than paying an expensive subscription fee and getting the worst customer service and connection of any ISP existing.
I know I was with them
They're terrible
