I really like this guy lets call him Bob. Im 13 years old and in Seventh grade. I was new in sixth grade last year, and on my first day he came up to me at my locker and shook my hand, and gave me his full name first, middle,and last. now this year we are in the same class. I wasnt expecting it but we are now like really good friends. What I mean by this is we talk a lot. He really likes to read and so do I he lets me borrow his books and stuff. When i go to get a drink he'll like dunk my head in the waterfountain.
When our homeroom teacher was changing the seating chart he aske if he could sit by me. She said no because we talk to much. Almost all my friends say that he likes me but I'm not so sure.........HELP!!!!!!!!!!!please!!!!!

Umm....My Best Friend told him that i like him....and he said "Oh I didn't know that!"
And i talk to him on the phone somtimes.

To answer th story about jim yes when i look at him in class he smiles and looks away quickly ive only hugged him once and we have random conversation on things that make no sense entirly......like lawn gnomes and stuff.

He used to sit in front of me in science and when he did he would stick his hands i my face all the time pretending like he was stretching. he sits behind me in home room and he used to tap my shoulder and then pretend like nothing happened when im getting a drink at a water fountain he pushes me and he also rode a ride with me at the fair called the zipper

he might have a little schoolboy crush on you, but i'm not sure. he might just want to be your friend. i have guy friends like that, and they all agreed that i'm really not their type. the guy i like, we'll call him jim. he's older than i am, and everyone is convinced he likes me. but he acts a lot different than bob. have you caught bob looking at you, and when you catch him, he smiles and looks away? when and if you hug him, does he hold on to you? when you look into his eyes, can you tell he gets those butterflies in his stomach? if you say yes, then he probably likes you. if you like him, tell him. there's nothing better than having your feelings off your chest. good luck with bob!

He definitely has a crush on you. Guys of any age will not spend that much time or effort on you if they don't.
At your age, though, don't rush to make it more than a friendship. If it's meant to happen, it will; if you push it beyond its normal evolution, then it could go horribly wrong and then you wouldn't have a boyfriend or a friend.

If you try to take this friendship to the next level and become boyfriend/girlfriend, it might not work out and you may not be able to speak to him again. It's a risk. Think carefully.
