Have all your Pokemon on at least Level. 45 (lowest) and make sure you have some in 50's. but if you want to guarantee your win, a level 60 Pokemon is good too.

If you have pokemon around Level 60, you should be fine.

I had Blastoise 80
Charizard 90
Alacazam 99
( in red) but that level you shoud beat elite 4. You need to be very powerfull!!

I had all my pokemon in the high 40's. I didn't want to exceed the 50 lv. limit on the Battle Fronteir. If it helps, here's my team:

Starmie
Manetric
Bellossom
Altaria
Jirachi(not hacked!)
