You see, because the Matrix Revolutions never actually FINISHED the story.
They could show the Post-War Zion
Or they could call it "Matrix:Reborn"----MUAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I say not likely. With the critical reception the sequels got, plus apparently the W. Bros got in a little bit of trouble supposedly for taking "The Matrix" idea from someone else and not giving due credit(did anyone ever find out what the legal judgement was on this?), I doubt we'll see another Matrix- even now mention the movies to a lot of people and the reaction seems to be "The first one was great, had no use for the sequels".

did you not watch the movie's? a lot of those questions are answered. 1. a False reality 4. The Architect 6. take the red pill 7. depends, if you want to be blissfully ignorant, take the blue pill and stay. If you want to know what the real world is like, take the red pill. 8. they Guard the matrix from anyone who could prove it as false. they are programs. 10. if you die in the matrix, you die in the real world.

This is a movie. Don't take stock in it. It is purely entertainment, nothing else. Although some movies may seem they could really happen, (like transporters on Star Treck) they would already be in use if they could.

I think if they wanted to make a movie revisiting that universe, the best thing would be to let sleeping dogs lie, and focus on all new characters...

hopefully not... i love the first one, but 2 and 3 were so awful that i cant even bear the thought of watching the first one again...
