I never usually have big period's but i guess this one was really big and it went throw two sheets and thru the matress.. how do i get the blood stain out the matress ? thanks..

wet the stain and pour salt over it . the salt will pull the blood out .

Ice cold water will take out any blood stain. Soak the stained area and rub a bit with a sponge or towel and it will come right out!

If you can get it when you first get up after you take the sheets off A few baby wipes or wet rag usually does it when I have that problem.

aw its okay the blood will come out, cold water and alittle soap will take it right out, you may want to think about using two pads during the nightso you dont have as many accidents.
