It would help if you'd tell us where the pain is and what's causing it. But, I'll give it shot and you can research these based on your circumstances.

Curcumin is anti-inflamatory. Available in capsules. Several similar herbs are Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cayenne.

Some digestive enzymes are anti-inflamatory when taken on an empty stomach. Bromelain is a good one to try.

Yucca and Devil's Claw taken together have achieved wonderful relief for swollen arthritic joints. Little bit of digestive upset in sensitive individuals, usually just annoying gas.

Castor oil applied as a rub and then covered with a warm, thick piece of flannel, has both temporary and lasting results when used over a period of time.

green tea is good to add to your daily diet (if you like the taste!) but in general, for chronic pain, nothing can beat adding fresh fruit and veggies to your daily routine, in particular, pineapple and papaya...buy a fresh pineapple or payaya, cut it up into slices and store in the frig, and have a piece every day. The enzymes in pineapples break up excessive fibrin in the body and relieve pain (nature's healer)

Figure out what are your favorite fruits and veggies and make sure you have at least some every day....the pain will go away and your energy rate will soar....try to have less of the 'junk' and greasy food, and more of the natural stuff....

Try it for two weeks and see if it doesn't make a difference! It will!
