Time is relative to the observer, there is no Universal "now".
In different frames of reference, different observers can measure time differently, and the one person's measurement is just as "right" as the other person's.
What may seem like an hour to you might only seem like a second to someone else if they are traveling fast enough or near a massive enough body. Not all people experience time in the same way when we start taking the theory of relativity into account.

To be completely truthful, once you circulate to extremes at the two end of the spectrum there's no longer as plenty difference as you may think of. wherein regime could you have favorite to stay, Hitler's Germany or Stalin's Russia? They have been the two cruel, despotic and brutally ruthless. in spite of if severe left or precise the end result is that each physique capability is faraway from the human beings and is the only prerogative of the State. only the State is usual with what's stable for individuals and adherence to the State time table is murderously enforced. capability is held by utilising a small form of the elite psychological aristocracy and is enforced with the aid of State thuggery. nonetheless the left communicate ad infinitum approximately 'tolerance' there could be priceless little of this on the severe of the size. nonetheless the main astounding communicate approximately getting back to middle 'British values' it can be a rustic for the male white heterosexual center class and all and sundry else had extra suitable run for it. For the checklist, on the common point, precise wing is characterized by utilising nationalism and capitalism and left wing by utilising the Leninist and Marxist socialist ideology of capability interior the palms of the working training and the even distribution of wealth. wish that enables

In the simplest possible terms, time is dependant upon the speed you are traveling. However, this effect is hardly noticable until you approach speeds close to the speed of light. Thus an astronaut traveling close to the speed of light (not even remotely possible with today's technology) would experience time differently than someone standing on the earth. Specifically, time slows down as you approach the speed of light, so for the astronaut, a few hours might pass, while the person on the earth might live years (it really depends on how fast the astronaut is going).

I'm not sure what exactly you mean, but perhaps it means "time is relative to the point at which you choose to be t=0"
in an experiment you create an initial time, and all time values are relative to that chosen point.

In Special Relativity, it means that the rate of progress of time (how fast your clock ticks) relative to other clocks depends on how fast you are moving relative to the other clock. Note the repeated use of the word "relative". In General Relativity, time is also relative to your gravitational potential - how high you are (no pun).

Einstein, himself, explained it like this.
Spend an hour with an ordinary person, and the passage of time seems like an hour.
Spend an hour in the company of a beautiful girl,
and the passage of time will seem like 5 minutes
That's time relativity !

the scientific explanation by others is correct.i will try to simplify it,thats all.no ones time is correct or accurate.evry1 has their own standard and measurement.for ex:your watch shows 9:15 and your friends 9:20.but u cant say your is right nor his is wrong because time is dependent on how we measure.so each person can have different time but all may be correct.
