Is it just me or do they not display the most recent comments on the bottom?

im finding that its taking a bit of time for comments to post.
also-
some people make it that they must approve your comments, before they actually post.
sometimes just clicking the reload button on your browser does the trick too.......

Yeh they put the most recent ones on the bottom. I realized that today. That sucks!
