I am very thrifty. I don't get to enjoy things that other people do. I don't go to concerts and go out to dinner much. So there are fun things I don't do. But I also don't worry about bills, I don't have much. I have money saved for a rainy day. I will do with out, to save my self from the worry.

I don't really notice an effect, maybe because I choose where I am thrifty, and where I am willing to splurge.
