I'm traveling to Colorado at the end of the year, but before that I'm heading to Miami.
Where would be better to buy snow clothes(boots, jackets, and everything else so I won't freeze)?
Where is easier to find quality clothes? And where is less expensive?

Where ever is farthest NORTH, go there and look at the discount stores, Goodwill stores, used clothing stores.
In the South, it's nearly impossible to find wool or cold-weather clothing anywhere, and if a store does have any, it's priced way up.
Sometimes, if you are lucky, you can find used woolen and cold-weather clothes and coats, etc., in used clothing stores like Goodwill in the South, brought there by people who have moved down from the North.
But, if you want a big selection, go to an ordinary bargain store in a very cold climate, like Colorado.

Any department store in Chicagoland will sell good winter clothes. Sears, Kohl's, Walmart, Target, etc. The best winter boots are Sorels. They may not be stylish, but they will keep your feet warm and they will last forever. I have had mine for almost 30 years and I live in Canada, but I lived in Chicago for 3 years.

You have some huge outlets near Miami try there first, if they do not carry winter clothing you'll need to buy in Colorado.
