Personally, i say the guys are hotter in florida because they are both southern and beach bums!! and im not so sure about the girls...whats your opinion?

Well I grew up in Fl. and I have never been to Ca., but judging from my experiences in other places, the women in Fl are hotter then in In. or Pa. And because I am partial to where I was raised I will say they are hotter then Ca.
I don't particularly judge men so no answer there.
