I've been questioning their support of Iran, France, and the former leader of Iraq, Saddam Hussein. I know Russia needs money and that need dictates much of what they do. But I'm also very wary that they may have ulterior motives. And I think our Pentagon is aware as well.

For the same reason US is sending missiles to Israel...Maybe some day they will be attacked and they need them to "defend themselves"...Maybe this could apply to Iran too seeing how US and Israel keep saying that a military action against Iran is necessary...

Because they can. And Tinkerbell is absolutely correct.The US sends all kinds of aid to Israel and no one says a word. Now Russia is doing something similar and the US becomes all unglued.
